At Hobby Hub every order is handled with care and we do our best to make sure your items arrive safely and as described. Because of the nature of collectibles and sealed products we do not offer refunds or returns once a purchase is complete.

We believe in treating our community fairly. If an order arrives damaged or incorrect or under special circumstances please reach out through our contact page. We will review each situation individually and do our best to make it right.
